Prices and value added tax (VAT)

 
  • All orders are shipped from our central logistics center in Germany. 
     
  • Invoices are always issued by OrthoDepot in EURO and with the local european VAT.  For example: Customer located in Sweden: Invoice in Euro + Swedish VAT
 
  • Order deliveries within the European Union are always duty-free. There are therefore no import duties or fees.



What are the delivery costs?
 
  • EUfree shipping (with UPS) for orders over 200,00  net cost value. Otherwise only € 9.90 for packaging & shipping*. 
                   *Eventually higher shipping costs for exeptionally heavy goods or customers located in Cyprus and Malta. The total shipping costs are shown at the end of the ordering process.
 
  • International (Non-EU):  The shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight of the goods. Your specific shipping costs will be shown at the end of the ordering process. No VAT will be charged by OrthoDepot.   
           Please note:
           - For countries outside the European Union, the shipping company may charge extra fees. These fees (the value of which we cannot know in advance) are to be paid by the recipient.


            - As an european company we can only provide european documents or certificates. Futher, it is not possible for OrthoDepot to issue untrue invoices or declarations.
              In the case, that the customs of your country reject the import, we must charge the shipping costs. The remaining amounts will be charged back to your credit card.




 
What is the delivery time?
 
Average delivery time: within 2-3 working days. Sometimes, deliveries can take until 5 working days depending on the delivery country.

If an article is out of stock when the order is placed and has to be delivered afterwards, OrthoDepot will carry all additional shipping costs for these partial deliveries.

For extremely urgent orders, please enquire the delivery time by contacting us before placing your order.




Which are the payment methods?


 
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express): 
 
  Your card will be charged with the total amount incl. value added tax (VAT) of your european country directly at the time of purchase in the shop.
   
   
For example: Customer located in Sweden: Invoice in Euro + Swedish VAT
 
 
   You will receive an invoice for the complete purchase with the delivery.
 
   If individual items cannot be shipped immediately, they will be delivered later with a delivery note (without being charged again).
 
   If you have indicated your European tax number when ordering, the VAT will be credited to your credit card after verification.



For customers (orthodontists, dentists and hospitals) located in BE, DK, IE, LU, SE, PT we also offer the following payment methods:


- Invoice (payment by bank or wire transfer to our business account)

- SEPA direct debit  
 
  


My credit card transaction was blocked? What can I do?
 
To avoid fraud, many credit card payments are blocked by the bank.
 
Please call the telephone number on your credit card and inform your bank that payment is okay. 
 
The next time you shop at OrthoDepot, the payment should be accepted immediately.



I'm located outside the European Union. How can I order?

Please register as a customer and add the articles into the shopping cart.
